What I liked

I attended the MIU with my Mum on Christmas Day 2012.

We were seen by a Staff Nurse who was lovely. She was able to diffuse an emotional time with her kindness, empathy and care towards us all. When you are in pain, or not feeling well, receiving great care makes all of the difference. Thank you for being on duty on that day.

Thank you for taking the time to share yours and your mothers experience of the MIU department and especially the care and support afforded to you by Karen, one of the nurses on duty, on Christmas day.

I will be sure to share your compliments with the manager of MIU services, Janet Thomas, who I am sure, will cascade your positve experience to all of the staff involved.
