What I liked

My mother in law broke her wrist on boxing day. I was dreading the visit to A&E. However from the time we checked in to the time that we left we were treated very well indeed. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely kind and caring putting my mother in law at ease during this stressful time. The whole thing only took three and a half hours including a plaster cast. A huge thank you to the boxing day A&E staff at Broomfield.

What could be improved

Nothing. Well done.
