What I liked
the urgent care centre at Rochdale Infirmary provides a fantastic service, and is a credit to the staff there. It puts other facilities which we are supposed to use in preference to shame. This year I have been there 3 times with problems of my own, and many more times with the family and on every single occasion, whatever the problem, we have been treated efficiently, extremely professionally, swiftly and extremely fairly, This centre should be the model on how all care in the borough should be run. I cannot praise the staff highly enough.
It leaves me speechless when we are told that our nearest 'specialist' care is Oldham Royal they could learn more than a few things from the staff at Rochdale....
What could be improved
nothing at all
it should never have been downgraded in the first place,
"Fantastic staff, fantastic service, every time. ..."
