"Mum was in "good hands" whilst assessed at A1..."

What I liked

The nurses and care staff on A1 assessment ward , bed 11 were very attentive, polite and friendly generally during my mother's stay from 23rd-28th December.My mother felt safe and cared for. THe doctors were quick to respond and competent. THe ward was very clean .

Overall a postive experience at a very concerning time for mum and us as a family. We are very grateful to the wonderful staff at A1.Thanks so much.
