I was on the Queen's Medical Centre's Day Case Unit to have nasal polyps removed. I had my outpatient appointment only the week before I was given my surgery date, so I was very impressed with this.
I found all the nurses and doctors to be extremely nice and they kept me informed from arrival on the unit as to what would happen, and they asked about any concerns I had regarding my operation. Post-operative care was also very good - I was seen in the outpatients department 3 weeks later. Well done to Queen's Medical Centre & the NHS!
