What I liked
Some of staff are nice!! But unstaffed and don't see them much. Some time they only managed to come in to say hi around 3pm and their shift started at 8am!!!
What could be improved
Need more staff!!
Anything else?
We ve been told around 1pm today , 22/12/12, we were being discharged from Mary Ward and its now 9.30pm we are still waiting for the paperwork to be done. The paperwork has not been done the whole afternoon and now has been passed to the night shift staff. The night shift staff told me we still have to wait as she just came in. I personally would NOT recommend this hospital to anyone!!!
