What I liked

Time I feel to temper the previous comments from Kate whose telephone experience was it would appear, not good.

I went to Newark Minor Injury Unit in Person today, with a broken and dislocated finger. I was treated, quickly - within approx 5 minutes with the highest level of care one could possibly wish for. I saw a receptionist, Radiologist (3 Times), Doctor and a Nurse.

They were absolutely tre-men-dous.

If all NHS sites offered the level of service, care and Diligence which I received today then there would be no worries in the NHS in this country at all. It was all common sense stuff, straight forward care which for a down to earth Country bloke was ideal.

Thank you Newark Minor Injuries Unit you were fantastic.

I say: Don't knock it till you have tried it in person - you may be very surprised!
