What I liked

The Consultant's ortho team were amazing along with the care of nurses in day case unit.

I work in another NHS trust and demand excellence and this must met my expectations

The unit was very clean , efficient an all staff in day case were excellent

I was impressed that the physio called me at home to explain exercises and next steps

All together care as it should be

What could be improved
