"Poor care on B11 at Rotherham"

(as the patient),

I was a patient on ward B11 at the Rotherham District General hospital for the treatment of bladder problems. The standard of care that I received was poor.

On one occasion, there was nothing to eat, as not enough meals had been provided for all patients. Only 1 shower was in use during the course of my stay. The results of my tests were not explained to me, so I was left in the dark.
