It was a really long wait to get treatment at the clinic for NHS root canal (approx 18 months after my own dentist referred me), but once I got an appointment, I could not fault the service.
The dental surgeon, nurses and receptionist are all kind and very gentle with an anxious patient like me. Everything was explained to me calmly and sensitive before it happened.
The dentist was also very understanding of the fact that I have bipolar disorder and struggle to do the right things in terms of dental health because the medications I take make me crave sweet food and drink, and gave me some suggestions as how to work around that.
The only thing I didn't like about this service was the distance to travel - I live in Ealing and it took me about 45 minutes each way to access the clinic.
