One or two of the midwives on the swan ward are helpful.

What could be improved

The general manner of 90% of the staff on the ward. This hospital as a whole is a farce from the cleaning up, Lets start with G4S, for a start the car park barrier has been ripped off for a while now so forces people to drive past the AnE entrance causing congestion the G4S guys just sit in there office watching the chaos ! The car park itself is badly designed and with the guards lax attitude to things people drive at you the wrong way. The cleaners are poor and the food is worse!

Back to maternity services ........

There seems to be one paediatrician that only works a few hours a day as a check that shouldve been done on my daughter 2 days ago has just been done and after being told we could go we have just been held up by this check and its outcome. The ward staff are very hit and miss.

Anything else?

Make parking free again as ive seen no improvement since you started robbing people for parking!!!
