What I liked

The nurse I saw for sleep assessment was friendly and efficient, and answered all my questions clearly. When she learnt that I was also due to see her in January for a breathing test, she offered to do it straight away (as the next patient was not yet ready). This was a great help, because it has freed up the day in January when I was also due to travel to Somerset for work purposes. That journey will now be much less stressful. Thank you.

What could be improved

Nothing.

Anything else?

I met my consultant in the corridor, and he directed me to the correct department. A pleasant and considerate man.
