What could be improved

I some times feel annoyed when i attend the hematology day care unit for my treatment .

I can understand what the person who made the comment about feeling she has done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson means lol , but it really isn't funny at all .

I attend here for treatment and i also hate it when i get certain nurses inserting needles wrongly ,it once took a nurse 4 attempts to get the needle in my arm,she kept saying if it didn't work this time she would let someone else try ,but she never did , to make matters worse she blamed me for having ' bad veins ' .

I also feel it is the same nurses that fail every time so they really should try harder .

Also i think some of these nurses can be below par instead of being polite and friendly 24/7 .
