all the remarks made by previous patiants,still not being acted upon as people are still say ing the same things over the years?? Stop giving out the same old lame replys and really take action regarding basic standards,

low wages, means low incentive. so who can blame doctors/nurses/cleaners/porters ect to act in a way that is borderline to lazy? I had seven blood samples taken, when one would have been fine. Why?? Because they couldn't be bothered in getting it to the lab, before it started clotting. Simply disgusting. I was correctly treated by Addenbrooks with no issues whatsoever. Lister hospital has in my opinion rightly deserved its reputation (poor in most area's) which is very well shared with other hospitals... With regard to the hygine why over the years are patients "still" saying its dirty? How can you possibly answer in any other way, than to say yes we know are cleaners are lazy but have no back bone to fire them.. Bring back some correct dicipline & time proven values to what was once a superb hospital, that nearly every family , in Herts has had some dealings with in there life time.
