What I liked

I attended edgware with an injury to my shoulder I arrived at the walk in and was amazed at how clean the areas were. I was dreading what might become but the nurse I met was first class and had me laughing with her jolly natute she sent me for an x ray and the gent doing it was kind and gentle to my discomfort

What could be improved

Nothing apart from a smile from the receptionist
