What I liked

At the time, the service we recieved seemed more than fine. the staff we curteous and the conditions clean. however...

What could be improved

we went to royal blackburn hospital for my wife to have blood tests taken (she is pregnant), and had to wait around 2 hours beyond our appointment to be seen by the consultant which we thought was fairly poor...

my wife finds the process of having blood taken very stressful, and eventually, but when we were seen, the nurse and consultant were excellent and took the blood despite some struggle.

we have now found out that the results of the tests have been lost. this is not good enough.

my wife now has to go through the stress of the whole experience again. i am appalled.
