My wife just spoke to the ante natal department as she has a query about her appointment.

She spoke to them in a calm, friendly manner and got nothing of the sort in return.

completely unhelpful, rude and just didnt want to know.

If you are thinking of going here, dont. Go to Southend if you want to be treated like a human being.
