What I liked

The carefulness and patience of the consultant in answering my sometimes naive questions, the concern of the theatre and nursing staff, and the very useful pre treatment booklets issued by the hospital outlining what to expect at each stage of the cataract operation.

What could be improved

Possibly the outpatients premises, which seemed a bit congested and at first confusing.
