What could be improved

The service i have received is very poor i was not informed correctly of what was happening, when i had my endoscopy i requested my husband to be in with me as i choose sedation and was advised no thats not possible, but my worry was that if they had found a problem i would need to know asap and to decide what course of action to take and obviously the sedation would effect my judgement.

i have a official complaint in that has gone on since august and nothing has been done at all .

After numerous times of contacting ive never received a responce.

Anything else?

I wasnt able to choose a department as it was bariatrics and as you see above it is not on drop down box..
