What I liked

i arrived for my operation on friday at 7am.i went to the pre op care unit and filled out all the questions.i was supprised to be told to get ready for my op at nearly 8am.all my belongings were labled and i was re ashured by the chap putting me asleep.i woke up in the recovery room and then moved to the ward.i would like to pass my thanks to those at the pre op care unit and the staff at pembury ward for looking after me and my recovery.exelent service and i couldnt ask for better care.The standards shown where highly proffesional and care and hygine is of a high standard.Thank you all very much. I would recomend the hospital to any potential patient.when you come to Medway you are in good hands. Merry Chrismas all.
