What I liked
yesterday i had the roots of a wisdomtooth removed. it involved cutting the gum and digging out what was left embedde there. this was not just a simple extraction and i was anxious about this procedure (as you would be), but after the treatment i received i am left wondering why i was so worried for so long.
i arrived at 1125 at reception 3, waited approx 5 minutes and was called in. the staff were reassuring and polite, freindly but proffessional. i received a full explanation of the procedure and a discussion around my personal health circumstances occurred.
approximatel 40 mins later i left the hospital, jumped on the bus and went home. my roots were gone and so were my anxieties. in their place was a feeling that i had received an exellent service/treatment and a desire to tell everyone about it.
its easy to find fault but try as i may i cannot fault the service i have received from liverpool dental hospital.
thankyou to all the staff who made this happen.
What could be improved
the time from referral to treatment has been approx 6 months, but i was reassurred that any acute problems would be dealt with straight away by attending the emergency clinic if needed.
Anything else?
we should all appreciate the good that is done at this hospital, i know i do.
"very good service and treatment, exellent."
