I tried to place comments about the walk-in centre before but they have not been published and I also notice that other negative comments have been removed. Although the doctors at this clinic are very good and professional- the advice I was given has improved my condition a lot- the reception staff are rude and unprofessional. The reception desk is left unattended and obviously patients are not a priority to them. They were very aggressive and have no compassion. A hospital is not the right place for such people to work. I told them I wanted to complain of their behaviour but they told me all they could do was give me pen and paper. I was left with the impression that there was an attempt to prevent me from complaining. Reception is the first impression people get when visiting.
