What I liked
The doctor treats me as an individual and takes my concerns and complaints seriously. He has devised a treatment model that has helped me come off habit forming drugs whilst containing my pain levels. I feel more in control of what is happening to me as I am explained my treatment options every step of the way and feel part of the process. I am also given guidance and advise on what to use during the interim periods between appointments. The medication does not affect me adversely and I am treated holistically for every problem which flares up without unnecessary waiting periods. I am grateful and thankful to have been referred to this service. It has added great value to my patient experience. The hospital itself is a sunny bright place to go to, and staff are always friendly and never too busy.
