What I liked
I liked the way in which I was treated and cared for, nothing was too much trouble. I also thought the choice of food was good too.
My dignity was always maintained as I had to use a bed pan, the nurses and staff were always friendly and cheerful, I felt well looked after.
I was always kept informed as to what was going on before my operation and when I was taken to theatre all staff put me at ease.
After care has been very good, the staff in the plaster room treated me very well and when I had my stitches out and nearly passed out they looked after me extremely well.
(The young man in the plaster room was very good and gave me so much info on how to look after myself while in plaster and after, he was great.)
What could be improved
I cannot think of any way for things to have been improved. The care was fantastic throughout, and not even any waiting for long for being seen to.
Anything else?
Just a big thank you to all staff, you all do a great job.
