What I liked

Nothing it was a total mess blood up the curtain rubbish all on the floor the nurse did not know how to take blood and I ended up with a swollen fluid filled hand. The doctor did not know what a certain medication was which was slightly alarming. The patient in the cubicle was distressed and she was left to it. The nurse who treated me who was treating me was chewing gum staff morale seemed very low one sister seemed abrupt and rude and not understanding of the patiendts needs.

What could be improved

Cleanliness its an infection control nightmare staff morale staff taking blood needs improving knowledge of tablets

I would never visit northwick a and e again
