What I liked
Staff were very attentive, liased well with different departments. Was seen within 5 minutes of arrival in A & E. Kept up to date with what was happening to me. Staff always explained what they were going to do. Transferred to ENT the doctor there, who I cant remember the name of was professional, patient and very thorough.
What could be improved
A & E didnt have the necessary equipment, they seemed to be running around trying to find supplies.
Anything else?
All staff in A & E and ENT looked after me very well.
"If you arrive in A & E with a genuine emergency...."
