What I liked

Round about this time last year my mum was rushed to Lincoln County due to emergency sugery that needed peforming . I think she was on the Greatwell ward! She was very ill and all the doctors and nurses helped her get better . I personally couldnt get to see my mum during that time due to recovering myself but I wanted to take the time now to thank each and everyone of the staff that treated her at that time.

If it hadnt of been for Lincoln County i dont think my mum would be here now. I am so thankful for the help and support you gave her, Thankyou so much !

What could be improved
