What I liked

the receptionist i spoke to was polite ,and helpful,,, sadley the other person who was working that night was very rude to severel patients ... such a shame .

What could be improved

When i arrived , just after 2am the waiting time was 3.5hrs , i waited 3 hrs then the time was extended to 4 plus hrs , of course i was not happy ,, i finally got to see a doctor at 7.30 am and told that my problem was quite serious.

there must be a more proactive way to treat people faster ?????

I've used the NHS just 3 ( three ) times in my life ,

When i was born

When i fractured my wrist (Epsom General )

And when i visited Medway Hospital .... so im no time waster ..
