What I liked

Every member of staff were supportive and compassionate and made me feel like an individual in the nhs conveyor belt world. The day surgery unit and its staff are wonderful and an operation is a very anxious time but made easy by the nurses, ODP's, receptionists, cleaners, doctors and all other staff members. The ward sister is a great leader and this reflects in he wonderful care I received from her caring team. Thank you everyone!, you all deserve an award for the country's best ward!
