What I liked
After speaking with the Patient Liaison Service things where sorted out quickly.
When I spoke with a member of the medical doctors team It was easy to get things sorted out after a misunderstanding about the nature of my referral to the hospital.
What could be improved
The ignorant member of reception staff I tried to speak with today.
I could not believe it when they slammed the phone down on me while I was trying to clarify why I was calling and what I was hoping for .
At the least someone should remove them from a position that has direct contact with the public .
