"Friendly staff and environment, air of efficiency..."

What I liked

I would like to comment on the high standard of treatment i have received from the staff at North Tees hospital during my visit to the access lounge on Monday the 3rd of December .From arriving at the extremely clean and tidy reception and right through my entire stay,

All the staff from consultant down were very efficient ,friendly and took great care to explain all that was happening and the reasons for doing it.

This is not my first visit to this hospital,and i can honestly say that is not a one off as the service has been equally high on every occasion that i have been.

I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to the sister,nursing staff and all involved. They are a real feather in the cap of the N.H.S. and deserve recognition as such.

What could be improved

As far as i could see, the system and staff were working fine just as it is.

Anything else?

Only thing wrong is the new parking system. Paperwork i got prior to my procedure was out of date as it still showed 2 hours free parking for the disabled but i was told this no longer applies.
