What I liked

I cut my finger badly on Saturday evening, I called the unit and they asked if I could come in immediately, as it was late I couldn't get there before they closed, but they said they would wait for me, I arrived 10 minutes after the unit closed and the staff were waiting for me, my injury was treated and I left at 8.00pm

I am exceptionally grateful to the staff for doing this, they were not obliged to stay late and on a Saturday night it was very kind of them to do so, they are all a credit to the hospital and please can you thank them again.
