What could be improved
The seats in the Hospital Main Reception area are quite unsuitable for people with joint problems as they are too low and difficult to sit in or get up from.

The Trust is sorry to hear that you found the seats in the main reception area to be unsuitable. Your comments have been passed to the Deputy Director of Facilities for his consideraton. Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your concerns.
