What I liked
not much!
What could be improved
Quality of food was poor.
Staff shortages - ward staff were disorganised and were heard talking about how they were understaffed and didn't seem to be on task with routine obs.
Didn't see a Doctor from Friday to Sunday, had to repeatedly ask.
Not really informed in full about the illness or what to do on discharge.
Continuity of care was poor.
Took from 2.30 to 7.00 p.m. to get discharged purely due to not being able to see the doctor in a timely fashion and having to wait 3 hrs for blood test results.
"dissapointing, would not use again as a primary..."
