What I liked
-on arrival offered tea and coffee, great service for NHS patients, seated immediately and despite an hour wait due to surgeon running late, we didn't mind this as it was a comfortable wait.
-saw surgeon immediately as he came in, straight for xray and back to surgeon without any bother inbetween
-everybody involved extremely caring and considerate; friendly chat and put at ease
-5 day wait for nearest appointment via choose and book-excellent. Surgery scheduled 7 weeks after appt. Brilliant overall service
What could be improved
Parking-although free, not enough spaces
Anything else?
Keep it up. Review again after surgery.
