What I liked

very professional staff. polite friendly and helpful all the way through from reception to the Doctor I saw. This was very re assuring as I had, had a bad experience at an other Hospital and had asked for a transfer. Fortunatley I do not have a great experiance of Hospitals but when ever I have had to attend Airedale I have had no reason to complain.

Even the car parking attendants were polite and helpful.

I had to attend outpatients on my own and the clinic nurse chatted with me whilst i waited to see the Doctor. I was even seen before my appointment time! The Doctor was very professional listened to what I had to say examined me and then explained his findings to me in an understanding manner and in terms I could understand. What a difference from the previous hospital.

What could be improved

perhaps the waiting time for an appointment but in these days of financial restraints the waiting time was not too bad
