"Excellent, efficient and very caring!"

What I liked

I had a cystoscopy procedure on 29-11-12. All of the staff in the dtc section of the hospital were very reassuring, they work with fantastic efficiency in carrying out the many procedures performed in this department. The nurses had excellent communication skills and put me at ease. The anesthetist was second to none and I would recommend them to anyone. The consultant and their team in this department, are lovely. They have great communication skills and generally really care very much for their patients and getting the very best for them. I just wish I had been brave enough years ago to look into my problem as I have found the care is excellent and second to none, they have really help to reassure and fill me with the confidence to go through with all the necessary procedures. Thank you.
