"Better than private care,the best"

What I liked

Absolutely everything,from getting appts.follow ups,investigations in various areas,some not in gastro.dept. All staff,very caring ,professional all go that extra mile.Everything occurs as it should,no need to chase things up etc.More importantly I feel in safe hands,confident ,trusting everyone I come into contact with,yes even un qualified staff,ie(reception and admin)they all share care and compassion ,you know the good old fashion nursing care,that has sadly disappeared from most hospitals.

What could be improved

There are truly no negative comments to make.Its like private care.

Thankyou,doesn't seem adequate,but I wish you knew how much my above comments make,even more so for more vulnerable patients.keep doing what you do best.ie Patient Centered Care and being treated as such ,an individual.
