What I liked

I would on my wifes behalf would like to express my thanks for the terrific service she has received in recent days from your eye clinic,it started six days ago with your appointment staff very quickly arranging an appointment followed by your recption staff last friday offering all the help possible and then following up with a phone call today advising of an 11o/c appointment which resulted in excellent nursing care all in all a great experience and first class outcome.Very well done!!!
