What I liked
my mum was brought in on the back of a referral from a doctor with a severe chest infection.
right from the start having been in twice myself in 12 months i knew what to expect.
The doctors and all the staff were fantastic to my mother. eventually she was taken to a ward after being stabilised her condition deteriorated rapidly a doctor from intensive care came and took her to icu promptly. this doctor needs a knighthood! as far as i am aware the staff on icu are saints! they treated my mum so well and am happy to say she is now recovering on wilson ward from severe pneumonia.
What could be improved

I am so grateful to to every member of staff who took care of my mum!
