What I liked

Staff were very polite.

What could be improved

I had to park a distance away in main car park then walk back to A&E with my son who had a head injury. This is a very poor design and does not support patients who are already very distressed. There should be a drop off and pick up point next to A&E.

The wing seems to in the process of being refurbished and the waiting room was very cold - again this hospital didn't seem to care about the patients.

Very little information was given to us on arrival to A&E.
