What I liked
Cheerful and efficient staff. I was referred from the Royal Glamorgan Hospital as I had to stay with my daughter in Malvern until my broken ankle recovered. The Trauma Clinic staff were welcoming and helpful'
Anything else?
Not sure if I've given the correct service/department in answer to your question.
