This weekend I received superb service from the out of hours dental team, from the pleasant supportive nurse who phoned me back on Saturday - who was caring and sensitive to my mental health problems - to the professional and friendly dentist and dental health nurse I saw Sunday morning.
I was so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, My acute pain is now gone and is no longer having a massively averse affect on my mental health.
I would like to commend you all for your professionalism, caring demeanour and sensitivity to mental health issue.
This is how it should be - the individuals concerned should be recognised and rewarded.
