"ENT not very well signposted"

Surprised how quick I was seen and treated from time I was referred by the surgery. Little confusing finding way from large car park to reception for ENT. Had to ask twice for directions. Very pleased with the courtesy and care shown by all concerned.

Thank you for your comments following your visit to Mount Gould local care centre.

I am sorry to hear you had difficulty finding your way from the car park to reception.

Plymouth Community Healthcare is responsible for the Mount Gould site.

Following a number of comments received we have identified the need for clearer signage across the site and are presently working on this.

I am very pleased to hear other aspects of your visit was good.
