When I first went to the health centre, I had pins and needles and numbness in two of my fingers, my wedding ring one and my little one and the numbness went all the way up my left arm. I had this for about 5 weeks before I went for any treatment.
My first appointment was with physio Emma. She had a lot of bounce in her and a lot of patience as my neck and arm were quite painful. She gave me treatment and some exercises to do at home.
After 3 visits and a lot of exercises over a period of 6 weeks I am feeling great and have now finished my visits to Emma.
Many thanks to her, I would not hesitate to ask for the same treatment should it reoccur.
