(as the patient),

Did not have to wait for my appointment at audiology at Oakengates.

The lady who looked after me for approx 3/4 hour was excellent. Kept me informed all the time of what was taking place. Very quick and efficient.

Instead of possibly being anxious, now feel optimistic that my hearing aid, when installed in a few weeks time will be very suitable.
