About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

I visited the “drop-in” X-ray department at the Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on in September in the afternoon. I had to only wait about ten minutes which was excellent. Every member of staff that I met was polite, helpful, and truly professional. The whole visit lasted about half an hour which I thought was most impressive.
