"Wonderful staff - so helpful"

(as the patient),

I can only get some of my medication every 30 days and this is due on Boxing Day. The rest is on 'repeat' and due at the end of December.

I am going away for most of December (leaving in the first few days) and will not be able to get into the Practice for my repeat prescriptions until Christmas Eve which is rather late to get most drugs.

I explained my situation to Anne the Administrator who advised me to give a simple explanation on the Practice's Repeat Medication Ordering webpage and it should not be a problem.

I went today to collect my prescriptions and everything was sorted without a problem!

The staff here do try their best to help you as far as they can.
