My wife went last week for test to see whether she is suffering with rheumatoid arthritis. She was told she would get the results in 7 to 10 days. She has now been told that there is a backlog of a month in the meantime.
She is in agony and the doctor cannot prescrive anything until she gets the results. How can anyone justify this delay for someone who is in such pain?
"A month backlog for my wife's results. Meanwhile, she's in agony."
