What I liked

The consultant who saw me was very understanding of the horrific treatment I had received earlier in the day at Good Hope Hospital, so treated me with a lot of respect and dignity, she examined my ear, which had a foreign body in it, with the correct equipment and kept me very calm. She asked if I would mind if she attempted to take it out, and I was in so much pain from the previous experience of somebody trying to remove it, I told her I couldn't. She was perfectly fine with this, and very quickly sorted out an operation for me.

What could be improved

Quicker waiting time
